Circles appearing in SERPS beside titles

Is anyone else seeing this new circle show up beside titles in the SERPs? I just noticed this today.

It doesn't mean anything.

If you turn off javascript on your browser you'll see Google list the search results inside HTML bullets, it's been like this for at least a decade.

The OP screenshot looks like HTML bullets with some CSS styling.

I thought about that at first, and thought it might be something weird going on with my browser. 

I was in Chrome. I'm getting the same thing in Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

I'm guessing they are testing a new layout, and was just curious how widespread it was.

Doesn't show up in incognito windows though.

If it's a new feature maybe us Finns get it in 2018 or something.
